Terms of Service
These terms describe what you can expect from MentorX Academy and what we expect from learners, partners, and visitors who use our products.
1. Acceptance
By accessing mentorxacademy.in, enrolling in a course, attending an event, downloading a certificate, or interacting through our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use.
2. Accounts & Access
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are fully responsible for activities performed under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, unsafe behavior, spam, or suspected fraud.
- For corporate or institutional accounts, administrators remain liable for their teams.
3. Payments, Refunds & Subscriptions
Courses & Workshops
Fees are displayed before checkout. Refunds follow the course-specific policy and may be prorated if digital content was accessed.
Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid additional charges.
Invoices & Taxes
All amounts include applicable GST. You can download invoices from your dashboard at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
- All videos, PDFs, code samples, exams, and graphics are owned by MentorX Academy or its licensors.
- Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and limited to the purchased course duration.
- It is prohibited to redistribute content, re-upload videos, scrape data, or run competing platforms using our materials.
5. Community Standards
- No harassment, discriminatory remarks, or spam.
- Respect intellectual property and confidential information shared within cohorts.
- Use forums responsibly—constructive feedback is welcome, abusive content is removed.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
We continuously evolve features, curriculum, and infrastructure. We may introduce new modules, pause services for maintenance, retire legacy functionality, or change pricing. Material changes are communicated via email or in-app announcements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentorX Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid within the preceding six months.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by arbitration or courts in Bangalore, India if required.
